beginners yoga course
Yoga is so much more than just stretching!
We'll explore mindful movement, breathwork and meditation - as well as deep relaxation - giving you a solid and nourishing introduction to this beautiful practice, leaving you feeling more connected, refreshed and centered.

Perfect whether you're completely new to yoga, or have dipped your toe in before and want to try again.

yin + massage
Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice focussing on the deeper connective tissues of our body. Floor-based postures are held for longer periods, giving space and time for your body and mind to soften into stillness.
Alongside this, we'll offer massage techniques and hands-on adjustments to encourage connection with your body, releasing tension and experience deep rest.
Take inspiration from nature and make time to honour the darkness and softness of the season.
Mindful meditation
Have you ever wanted to try meditation, have heard about it's benefits, but unsure how to start - or intimidated by the very idea of it?
This introduction to mindfulness course will offer you a space to explore this practice in simple, accessible ways that will help to bring mindfulness and meditation into your daily life.
We'll discover how connecting with our breath, physical sensations and even more difficult emotions can bring calmness, connection and loving-kindness into our everyday.

Yoga Bookclub
Love yoga? Love books? Join us for our monthly Yoga Book Club!
We’ll start with gentle movement and breathwork to settle in, followed by tea, snacks, and relaxed discussion of our monthly read. Each session ends with a guided relaxation to leave you grounded and refreshed.

Love yoga? Love being creative? Yoga Art Club is your midweek moment to unwind.
We’ll start with gentle movement to ease into the evening, then move into a calming, guided art activity — no experience needed. Expect tea, snacks, good company, and deep relaxation to close.
