    Our memberships are for anyone who wants to practice regularly with us. They offer you a guaranteed space in class, and special discounts for events and workshops.

  • Our regular weekly classes are included in the membership (excluding pregnancy + postnatal yoga); monthly Rest + Restore and Yin Yoga classes are also included, as well as exclusive discounts for some special classes (including Yoga Bookclub and Yoga Art Club), workshops and courses.

  • No long contracts - memberships run month to month and you can pause or switch if life changes.

  • If you wanted to switch membership type, e.g., from 3 to 5 classes per month, you can do this by emailing us on hello@breathingspaceselby.co.uk or you can do this yourself on your account.

    Click onto the account icon on the top right > credit > select membership you want to cancel > go back to pricing on the home page > select the new membership you want.

  • Memberships are billed monthly from the day you subscribed.  You can change or cancel easily by going to your account > credit > cancel membership > pricing > subscribe to a new membership.

  • Yes, it is billing on the day you subscribed.

  • Yes! Just email us on hello@breathingspaceselby.co.uk and we'll sort it for the next cycle.

  • If you can't make a session, you can cancel on your account with 10 hours notice. Missed sessions can be used for another class in the same month where space allows.

  • Yes! Single tickets are still available for all classes.  

  • Not at all! We meet you exactly where you are.  We have classes through the week to suit all levels of experience, but regular Beginners courses to give you a strong foundation for your practice!

  • No - all our classes have a drop in option, perfect for occasional attendance or trying a class. 

  • Yes! You can try your first class with us for £5. 

  • We offer these classes as a course or single tickets (separate to the membership); you're still welcome to try your first class for £5. 

  • There is some on street parking around the studio; please be mindful of residential areas and parking restrictions. The Sainsbury's car park is approximately a 5 minute walk away (free up to two hours), or a pay and display car park at the back of the Town Hall, approximately 3 minutes walk away.

  • We have mats and equipment available to borrow at the studio, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. 

  • Just dress comfortably in something that's easy to move in; layers are recommended.  We practice in bare/sock feet, so no need to worry about footwear!

  • Memberships allow to book 6 weeks in advance.
